RESERVATION OF HOTEL CONFERENCE / EVENT CONFERENCE ACCOMMODATION

‣ Individual announcements or direct announcements of invited lecturers / participants from your side ‣ Individual applications by the participant ‣ Complete processing of applications, communication with the hotel, obtaining the best possible offer in favor of the Organizer, administrative management of this whole part

ORGANIZATION OF AIR TRANSPORT OR BUS TRANSFER

‣ Organization of transport for congress participants or as needed

TRANSFERS

‣ Organization of special VIP transfers for special guests / invited lecturers (limo transfers - personal vehicles or van with a driver) or for any other occasion as needed

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Reservation and brokerage in the provision of additional services: ‣ A welcome party ‣ Festive dinner / music rental (band) ‣ Renting techniques for the congress hall ‣ Symposed lunches or dinners for VIP guests etc. ‣ Coffee breaks ‣ Photographs, video recording of the congress ‣ Creating / placing a banner (Symbol of the Congress) ‣ Creating badges / stamps ‣ Rent / set up information bulletins for notices and posters

ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON THE ORGANIZER'S REQUEST

‣ Arranging excursions, boat trips etc. ‣ Contracting social programs (theater performances, etc.)

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

‣ Making a form with prices and all notices of registration and hotel accommodation ‣ Announcement and booking of hotel accommodation / rooming list creation ‣ Communication with the hotel and care about the allocation of accommodation units ‣ Receive and confirm service / correspondence with participants and sponsors ‣ Creating a list for airplanes and transfers ‣ Organization and coordination of transfers

REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS

‣ Keeping records, assisting in issuing accreditation, organizing a welcome desk at the hotel, sharing official material to participants, etc. ‣ If we keep REGISTRATION FORMS / REGISTRATION registration records must be submitted to us - payments to our bank account ‣ All registration fees (employees) are included in the total price - the agreed agency fee per event

SHOWROOM

‣ Renting a room for presentation from the hotel / room where a congress / meeting is taking place ‣ Rent exhibitors ‣ Keeping records / bookkeeping and accounting

The agency fee for the aforementioned segment of the Agency's work is subject to agreement with the Organizer and is absolutely adaptable to the type of meeting, the budget and the organizer's capabilities.
